This Privacy Policy explains how Crazy Frog AI (“we”, “us”) handles your information when you use https://crazy-frog.org. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.

Information We Collect

1. Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We don’t offer email-and-password sign-up.
2. Photos you upload: the photo you provide so we can make your video, including the face of the person or pet shown in it.
3. Generated videos: the clips we make for you, along with details such as the settings you chose, task status and creation time.
4. Usage data: pages visited, features used, credits earned and spent, and technical data such as browser type, device information and IP-derived security signals.
5. Payment status: which pack you bought, the order and whether payment succeeded. Card details are handled by Stripe; they never reach our servers and we never see your full card number.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you request, run your account and credits, process payments, prevent abuse and fraud, keep the service working, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. Your uploaded photo is used only to make the video you asked for. We don’t publish or sell your photos, your videos or your personal data.

Service Providers

We rely on outside providers for hosting, file storage, AI video processing, payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google) and analytics. Each receives only what it needs to do its job for us. Your photo is uploaded to our own cloud storage and sent to the AI model provider only to generate your video.

Storage and Retention

Your photos and generated videos are stored so you can view and download your videos. We keep them only as long as needed for that purpose or to meet legal requirements, and we delete them when you ask.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing support@crazy-frog.org. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain processing or receiving a copy of your data.

Children

Crazy Frog AI is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. Don’t upload photos of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies that keep you signed in, and analytics tools that help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
