Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Crazy Frog AI at https://crazy-frog.org. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

Crazy Frog AI lets you upload a photo and get a short AI-generated chase video inspired by the Crazy Frog AI trend. Crazy Frog AI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by CF Entertainment AB (owner of the Crazy Frog trademark), the Crazy Frog brand or the rights holders of “Axel F”. The name “Crazy Frog” is used only to describe the trend.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Crazy Frog AI. You sign in with a Google account, and you are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. If a photo shows another person, you must have their consent to put them in a video. You must not upload photos of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian, and you must not upload photos of celebrities or public figures.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Crazy Frog AI to:

• impersonate anyone, or pass off a clip as real footage;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content;
• commit fraud, mislead people or spread disinformation;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights. You are responsible for any music you add to your videos when you post them;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and the rights of others, you may use and post the videos you generate, including on social platforms. Label them as AI-generated when you share them.

AI Output

AI results vary. The model may change details of the person, the outfit or the setting, and we don’t guarantee an exact likeness, an exact backdrop, or that a video will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Review your video before you share it.

Credits and Payments

Videos cost credits. Credits come in one-time packs, with no subscription, and prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits never expire. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically.

Termination

You can stop using Crazy Frog AI at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use Crazy Frog AI after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
